Best Value For Bears In Every Round By Position: Linebacker

82nd overall-Shane Skov-Stanford- Skov is a steal should he fall this far. Bears would be wise to sprint to the podium to hand in the card that had Skov’s name written on it. Great intangibles and physical ability. Plays with smarts, and passion. Would be a great QB in a 4-3 as an MLB, or a tremendous ILB in a 3-4. Great blitzer too.
Alternate pick-Kyle Van Noy-BYU- I picked Noy as one of my picks in my defensive end blog, because he is pretty much a rush backer, but can be that in a traditional 4-3 OLB role and be a blitzer on passing downs. Has the size and athleticism to hold up at any of the 3 LB spots so positional versatility is a huge advantage here. A trait Bears GM Phil Emery specifically mentioned as a trait that would be very appealing to him.
