Which notable Chicago Bears players are most in danger of missing the cut at training camp this season?

Earlier this week, I outlined which players most needed to perform well when the Chicago Bears open training camp at Bourbonnais on July 26th. Some of the players I named, such as Kevin White, don’t have to worry about making the team. Rather, impressing the coaching staff in camp will help their confidence heading into a potentially make-or-break season. After all, the Bears are currently searching for the players that will help them return to the playoffs when their rebuild is over. Why not make the best case you can to be included in their future plans?

After all, the Bears are currently searching for the players that will help them return to the playoffs when their rebuild is over. Why not make the best case you can to be included in their future plans?

But for players fighting for their jobs in training camp, the pressure to perform hits closer to home. Because if they don’t stand out, they’ll be searching for work in a few weeks.

Some cuts, like the Cyril Richardsons of the world, will come with nary a blink from fans. However, one or two cuts always shock fans each year, like the cut that opened the door for Josh Sitton to join the Bears last season.

Obviously, no one truly knows for sure what goes on in Ryan Pace and John Fox’s minds. However, here are a few notable Bears how might be in danger of being cut at the end of camp.
