Remaining NBA free agents who the Chicago Bulls should target.

The Chicago Bulls have primarily sat out of the 2017 NBA free agency period. They re-signed big man Cristiano Felicio early in free agency and added guard Justin Holiday not long after that. However, with the team being in a clear rebuild, they have been extremely responsible with their spending, not blowing the budget in free agency.

That being said, as free agency winds down, the cap space is drying up and good deals are to be had. According to Spotrac, the Bulls have the most “Practical Cap Space” with over $24.5 million to spend. A lot of that has been held back for Nikola Mirotic, but I wonder if the Bulls would be better off renouncing Mirotic and looking for some better free agent deals.

Heck, this late in free agency, Mirotic may end up being a steal and the Bulls can still land a couple of interesting free agents along with him.

There obviously is not much left on the free agent market. The high-priority free agents have all signed but there are still valuable players to be had. The Bulls are starting a rebuild and should be looking far and wide to find young talent who can help them down the line.

With plenty of cap space available, the Chicago Bulls can still do some damage in NBA free agency. Here are five remaining free agents who the team should be targeting.
