After signing a deal with Under Armour, there was anticipation building over what the new look Notre Dame football uniforms would look like with Under Armour as the manufacturer.
On Tuesday, Notre Dame unveiled images of their new look football uniforms.
The new look uniforms for Notre Dame are not too far off from their previous ones. The only noticeable differece with the uniform, is, of course, the Under Armor logo that is located on both the jersey and pants.
While the Notre Dame football team has had many ups and downs over recent seasons, that has not changed the fact that their uniforms have always been among the best in college football. Notre Dame may not go to the lengths that universities such as Oregon go with their uniforms, but the traditional look has always been appealing on Saturday afternoons.
Following the releasing of the images of Notre Dame’s home and away uniforms, Under Armor also plans on releasing images of Notre Dame’s alternate football uniforms on Tuesday afternoon. Alternate uniforms is typically where Notre Dame’s previous apparel manufacturer, Addidas, came up short.
Notre Dame opens the season on August 30 at home against Rice.
