Madden NFL 15: Chicago Bears Team Rating

EA Sports continues to release various ratings from Madden NFL 15 and this past week, the team ratings for the Chicago Bears were released.

Ever since the Bears acquired quarterback Jay Cutler, they have been a fun team to play with in Madden.

But, entering the 2014 season, the Bears’ offense has the chance to be one of the best offenses to play with in Madden. Look no further than the fact that three of their top four rated players in Madden are offensive players.

Marshall is the second rated wide receiver in Madden behind Calvin Johnson of the Detroit Lions, and Alshon Jeffery just missed making it in the top 5.

When not passing the ball to either Marshall of Jeffery, Madden players could also use running back Matt Forte out of the backfield. Forte had a Pro-Bowl season last year and the running back continues to solidify his status as an elite running back in the NFL.

Interesting enough, the Bears’ ratings in Madden highlight the changing of the guard for the team. For most of this past decade, the Bears were a team that Madden users would use for defense. Now, the Bears are one of the top offensive teams in Madden.

Though, with the additions of Jared Allen and Lamarr Houston, the Bears’ defense will be fun to play with as well.

Madden NFL 15 hits stores on August 26 and is currently available for pre-order at select stores.
