Former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith made a point of breaking the Chicago Bears schedule down into quarters. Smith would divide the Bears schedule into 4 quarters with 4 games in each quarter.

Smith may have burned his bridges with Bears fans and local media at the end of his tenure with the team, the but the head coach was onto something in his breaking down of the Bears schedule.
