Chicago Blackhawks vs Calgary Flames: start time, TV info and more

The Chicago Blackhawks will try for their fourth straight victory against a struggling Calgary Flames squad that have not won at the United Center in their last 10 attempts.

The Hawks have scored at least five goals in their last three games and look to do the same against a Flames team that is making a change in goal. Flames’ goaltender Joey MacDonald was placed on waivers Saturday after a 4-3 lost to the Detroit Red Wings, leaving Karri Ramo with the starting job. Rookie Reto Berra was also called up from Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League.

Season Series: This is the first of three meetings between the two teams. They meet again on Nov. 27 at the Scotiabank Saddledome. In the team’s last meeting the Hawks came out on top 3-1 in the team’s final home game for the 2013 season.

Injury Report: Hawks defenseman Michael Kostka (lower body) and center Michal Handzus (upper body). Flames defenseman Mark Giordano (broken ankle) and forward Lee Stempniak (foot).

Here are the listings for today’s contest.

Matchup: Flames (5-6-2) at Hawks (9-2-3)

Start Time: 6:30 p.m. CT
