Chicago Blackhawks at Tampa Bay Lightning: Nikolai Khabibulin to start

The Chicago Blackhawks will complete their first Eastern Conference home and away swing this season against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday night.

Every team in the National Hockey League will face each other with opposing conference teams playing a home and away game. The two teams played the Western Conference home game at the United Center on Oct. 5, which ended in a 3-2 shootout win for the Hawks.

Hawks backup goaltender Nikolai Khabibulin will get the start for the Hawks, facing his old team. He helped the Lightning hoisted the 2004 Stanley Cup and will face Martin St. Louis, the only Bolt remaining from the Cup-winning team.
