Chicago Bears vs Washington Redskins: Start Time, Live Stream, TV Info, Preview, and More

The Chicago Bears have one more game before their bye week next weekend.

The Bears are set to face the Washington Redskins Sunday afternoon.

Now before we preview the game, lets talk about some talking points that will likely be mentioned during the game. The first talking point is the controversy over whether or not the Washington professional football franchise should be renamed. There has been heated arguments on each side of this debate but the solution is simple. Redskins is an offensive term. For that reason, Redskins owner Dan Snyder will likely change the name of the franchise.

In addition, considering this game is in the nation’s capital, expect the government shutdown to be mentioned at least once by the Fox broadcasting crew.

Now onto the game. The game between the Washington Redskins is one that will likely feature two teams that are led by their offense. Injuries have decimated the Chicago Bears defense and that has led to struggles for the Bears against the pass and run. The Bears were torched on the ground last week by New York Giants running back Brandon Jacobs. The expectation is that the Redskins will utilize their dynamic running offense in order to get the advantage over the Bears. The Redskins also have struggled against the run this season meaning Matt Forte may be in line to have his best game of the season on Sunday.

With all that said, here is all the necessary information that you need to ensure that you don’t miss the game.
