The Chicago Blackhawks will look to improve their record to 4-1-1 and extend their winning streak to three against the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday night at the PNC Arena to begin week three of Stanley Cup defense.
The Hawks then travel back to the United Center to face off against the St. Louis Blues on Thursday night and the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday.
Carolina appears to be a trap game for the Hawks as they maybe looking ahead to avenging their 3-2 loss last week to the Blues that came in the final 21 seconds in the third period. With the new-old central division rivalry and an Original-Six matchup in week three the Madhouse on Madison will be packed for the Hawks.

Burn: Hawks 3 Hurricanes 2, Blues 3 Hawks 1, Hawks 4 Leafs 2.
Cain: The Hawks go up 3-0 heading into the third before the Hurricanes score their only goal, Hawks win 3-1. Jonathan Toews and company return to the United Center and avenge their loss to St. Louis 2-0 before defeating the Maple Leafs 4-3 in overtime.
