The Detroit Lions certainly sent a message to their NFC North rivals on Sunday with their convincing victory over the Chicago Bears.

The Lions now head into their match-up against the Green Bay Packers leading the division because of the tie-breaker advantage over the Bears.

The Packers, meanwhile, are coming off a bye week and determined to re-establish themselves as one of the top tier teams in the NFC.

Then there are the Minnesota Vikings who won their first game of the 2013 season on Sunday but still face an uphill climb in competing in the NFC North this season.

Entering week 5 of the regular season, the Lions are sitting atop of the NFC North division.
