Chicago Bulls release 2013 preseason schedule

The Chicago Bulls will open preseason play on Oct. 5 against the Indiana Pacers as apart of their eight game preseason schedule, the team announced on Thursday.

The Bulls will play at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis on Oct. 7 against the Memphis Grizzlies before traveling to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to play the first NBA game in the country on Oct. 7 against the Washington Wizards.

Bulls’ head coach Tom Thibodeau and company will host three home games against division foes Detroit Pistons (Oct. 16), Pacers (Oct. 18), Milwaukee Bucks (Oct. 21) before facing the Oklahoma City Thunder at the INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas on Oct. 23. The Bulls will close their preseason slate on Oct. 25 at home against the Denver Nuggets.
