The Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, Arizona Diamondbacks, Boston Red Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates and St Louis Cardinals are all the teams expected to submit a final trade offer for Garza.
The Rangers are believed to have already submitted their final offer for Garza and their package has been described as strong. That being said, the Cubs are leaving no stone un-turned in seeking the best and final offers from all the teams interested in Garza.
The expectation is that the Cubs will trade Garza by Friday or Saturday. There is no word on the names included in the potential packages for Garza, though it appears that the Rangers currently have the strongest offer.
